In her hands

Caught up in the granny square fever, I spent last Saturday with my Mom learning to crochet a square.

I grew up watching these hands make amazing things. Now they are teaching me to make my own.

Thank you, Mom.

I spend so much time wishing my mum could knit and crochet so she could teach me. I find it very hard to try and teach myself from books. Can't wait to see some of your finished squares.

I love the colors together! My grandma and my great-grandma taught me how to crochet and I have lovely memories of lots of granny square vests they both made for me:)
