This is the scene of my sewing room this morning. I decided to make a queen size quilt and thus needed to make a few extra blocks. Today I will finish the top! Oh, and did you notice my new big a** ironing board? I asked for it on my wedding registry. Peter asked for a huge tv, I asked for a huge ironing board. You all understand, I'm sure.

Blocks, blocks everywhere!

I completely understand : ) I think that is what I am getting myself for Christmas, I know the one I want and it is at Walmart! LOL The things that make me happy!
BTW, I loved all of your wedding posts, it turned out so beautiful! I loved the simplicity of it, when the day comes for my girls to get married, I hope they want something similar.

I got that exact ironing board from a quilter the other week at a garage sale...for five bucks. The warm thrill in my heart every time I look at it defies explanation. :p
