Fabric Scrap Giveaway!

Someone once told me that they wished they could crawl up and live in my scrap bin. Well, now's your chance (er, sort of)! My scraps are starting to explode out of the large bin I hold them in and it's time to make room for new scraps. Please leave a comment for your chance to win a priority mail flat rate box stuffed to the seams with both large and small fabric scraps (and some fat quarters too!), including but not limited to these wonderful designers:

Anna Maria Horner, Tula Pink, Amy Butler, Heather Bailey, Momo, Sandi Henderson, and more!

Leave a comment by May 31st telling me what you would like to make with these scraps: doll quilt? patchwork belt? applique? The possibilities are endless! I'll draw one random winner on June 1st and will ship the scraps off on June 3rd. I will ship internationally.

Be sure to check out the other great giveaways going on right now over at the Sew Mama Sew blog. Good luck!

I am in the middle of making jackets for my children and would love some of your fabric scraps to line pockets, collars, sew together to make patchwork bias binding (how cute that will look) and to make appliques of their choosing to individualise their jackets. I have only just started sewing again and don't have any fabric scraps so would love yours. Great giveaway idea!

Cheers,
AJ

Doll quilts. I plan to make one for each of my 4 girlies for Christmas. And if I'm to have any hope of finishing by then, I'd better start soon! I'm a slow quilter...

using fabric on my hand-made cards is fun so that's probably what i would use the scraps for! thanks for your generosity!

Well, I've been thinking it might be interesting to make a Cathedral Windows quilt, and you know a person needs all the different scraps she can get for that!

I'm working on a scrap log cabin to take on picnics. When I'm done with that, I think I'm going to make a free pieced mini triangle quilt.

Scraps? I love scraps! I could make little zippy pouches, some fabric covered button hair ties and magnets, some applique birdies and circles (my current favorites)... so many fun things to sew with scraps!

I am really wanting to look for some stash building opportunities. I would expect to make a bag or two and maybe a quilt with your scraps.

I am learning to quilt and my favorite blocks are crazy quilt style, and I've already gone through all my scraps... so I would LOVE to use up someone elses!

Scraptacular- I love good scraps to make sewn wall art. I am wanting some for my daughter's room right now... the frames are a-waiting. Thanks.

I'd like to make a quilt with lots of appliqué flowers, houses, birds and foxes. This would give me a good start.

I'd make a quilt or two. Perhaps small handbags or wristlets if the scrap size allows. I'm getting a new machine in a week or so. It will allow me to do more with quilting. Yay!

scraps are so much fun! I am working on a strings quilt, and a scrappy nine patch! In fact, most of my projects are scrappy! So this is right up my alley! THanks!

I've always fancied a romp in a fabric bin, what a great prize! Me, I'm a bit of an electic bird. I'd use the scraps as accents on softies (ears, tails, and the like), in wonky log cabin quilts and best of all I'd like to try a handquilted small dresden plate.

What a generous giveaway! I am up to my ears in reusable snack bags and sandwich wraps, and next on the agenda is a Bento Box quilt. I would LOVE to be the lucky winner of new and mysterious fabric that I haven't seen before.
Thanks for letting me join the drawing!

Doll quilts and doll things. I have two girls so that is what happens to all scraps.
